Northport Adoptable Pets Of The Week: Boba and Jango

NORTHPORT, NY — The Fett brothers, Boba and Jango, who are 4-month-old bonded siblings, now come in cat form and are the Northport Cat Rescue Association's Kittens of the Week. They're named after the father-son galactic bounty hunters from "Star Wars."

"Boba and Jango are two of the most adorable kittens," Lora Wild, a volunteer at the rescue, said. "Their love for each other is clear, as they cuddle up and hold each other no matter where they are. As affectionate as they are with each other, they are the same way with their humans too, never passing up an opportunity for some snuggles."

When Jango sees someone laying down comfortably in a warm bed, he is never far behind to curl up next to them while nuzzling in their neck, according to Wild.

Boba enjoys watching television with his human and will roll over for some tummy rubs whenever he's given attention.

"Both kittens love other cats too, following them around with curiosity and begging them to play," Wild said. "These two have the most fun personality and will bring joy to any family that welcomes them in. We would love to see them be adopted together, as we could not imagine them having to say goodbye to each other."

Both are neutered, have all their shots, are litter box-trained, micro-chipped and FELV/FIV negative.
