In August there were 4 new Condos, and 31 residential homes that came on the market.
2 Condos went into contract, and 25 homes also went into contract, including the 21 acre estate known as Duck Island, with an asking price of $8 million dollars.
There were no Condo closings, but 31 homes sold ranging in price from $350,000-$2.150 million, and 4 homes sold for over $ 1 million dollars. A waterfront home, in Fort Salonga, on 2.37 acres, sold for $2.150 million.
There was a 4700 Sq.Ft home in Asharoken, that sold for $1.459 million, a home on a 1/2 acre with magnificent water views, sold for $1.385 million, and a 2 year old Colonial homes, on an acre, in Fort Salonga that sold for $1,162,500.
