Northport-East Northport 2022-23 School Budget Passes

NORTHPORT, NY — Residents within the boundaries of the Northport-East Northport School District on Tuesday voted to pass the 2022-23 school budget by a margin of 2,285 votes to 1,674.
The district's budget is $177,856,084, up 1.813 percent from last year's. The tax levy is $150,628,324, up 0.61 percent.

Three seats were up for grabs, with incumbents Thomas Loughran, Allison Noonan and Larry Licopoli all being re-elected.
