Northport Grocery Store to Serve as Food Drive Drop off Location

The annual summer food drive will benefit local pantries in need of donations.

Resident can drop off food at Northport and Huntington locations in August to help replenish stock at local pantries.

The summer months are a challenging time of year for food pantries due to the declining number of donations despite families still in need of support.

The annual summer food drive, sponsored by Legislator William Spencer, will benefit the Huntington Community Food Council, Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish Outreach and Little Shelter Animal Rescue and Adoption Center.
