Northport Holiday Celebrations
Northport's Tree Lighting Ceremony is set to take place after Thanksgiving.

The holiday season in Northport is quickly approaching.
The Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony in Northport Village will feature a book signing event, caroling and a special appearance from Santa Claus. The event will be held Friday, Nov. 25 on Main Street.
Santa kicks off the event at 3 p.m. at the Waterfront Gazebo where he will read the holiday classic “The Book of Kringle – Legend of the North Pole.”

At 4 p.m., True Blue Vintage, located at 67 Main St., will host a book signing with “The Book of Kringle” author Derek Velez Partridge until 6 p.m. The book will be featured in the store’s front display throughout the holiday season.
The Tree Lighting Ceremony begins at 7 p.m. Caroling and other family activities will follow.
