Northport HS Artists Recognized for Artistic Excellence

Two Northport High School students were recently honored for placing in the Suffolk County High School Art Competition held at the Michael J. Grant Campus of Suffolk County Community College on Dec. 21.

Congratulations to junior Jeanette Wells and senior Kayla Dotero, along with their teacher Ms. Margaret Minardi.

Jeanette’s piece, “Anguish,” took first place and Kayla’s piece, “Stretch,” placed third in the county-wide competition.
