Northport Nautical Mile - June 13

The race is on!

Northport Village known for its charming and historic waterfront downtown location will be host to the Maiden Voyage of the Northport Nautical Mile foot race on Saturday June 13th.

The race (a downhill nautical mile - 1.15 miles) starts at 9:00am at the Brosnon School building on Laurel Avenue and heads north to main street, where it turns left and heads downhill, through the village ending at the harbor‘s edge. At the finish line runners will find a farmers market in process and following an awards and raffle ceremony a parade of boats in the harbor (annual Blessing of Fleet).
