- Police went to Woodbine Avenue on Feb. 5 to try and settle an argument between a landlord and her tenant. The landlord told police that the tenant has refused to remove miscellaneous items from inside the apartment building hallways and outside the entranceway. The landlord said the tenant does not pay extra rent for the permission to use the space and she wants the items removed immediately. Police suggested the landlord request the tenant remove the items with an official document before removing anything on her own. The landlord also told police the tenant installed a camera system outside the building without her permission. The landlord said she believes the tenant had intentions of installing a camera system but he did not do it after she spoke with him about it. The tenant was not at the apartment, so police could not speak with him.
