Northport Police Swear In Newest Officer Devin Fitzgerald
Devin Fitzgerald was sworn-in to the Northport Police Department on Monday at the Northport Village Hall.
NORTHPORT, NY — The Northport Police Department has a new officer keeping the town safe, after Officer Devin Fitzgerald was officially sworn in Monday at Northport Village Hall.
Fitzgerald previously served the City of New York for five years before moving to Northport, according to an Instagram post from Northport Village Police.
The Northport Police Department is located at 224 Main St. The department has 17 full-time officers, according to its website.

Fitzgerald couldn't immediately be reached for comment. A message left with Northport police wasn't immediately returned.
