NORTHPORT, NY — Students at Northport and East Northport middle schools have worked over the past few weeks to create drawings and paintings for patients and health care workers at Huntington Hospital who are in the midst of facing the new coronavirus.

Students have uploaded dozens of cards, posters, signs, photos and chalk art, sending hopeful and inspiring messages to patients and those on the front lines. The Northport-East Northport community has banded together to create a video that showcases the artwork to share with Huntington Hospital; the first for staff and the second for patients.
