Suffolk Police Report: Prescription Pills; Harassment
Second precinct arrests Feb. 22-March 2

The following was taken from the Suffolk County Police blotter. An arrest does not indicate a conviction as all persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
- Torrey Smith, 34, from East Northport was arrested in Commack on March 2 and charged with second degree possession of marijuana.
- Carla Donovan, 26, from East Northport was arrested in Commack on March 1 and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, allegedly prescription pills.
- Jason Martucci, 28, from Northport was arrested in Huntington on Feb. 25 and charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol.
- Silvio Carlos, 24, from East Northport was arrested in Huntington Station on Feb. 25 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
- Jairo Reyes, 24, from Greenlawn was arrested in East Northport on Feb. 25 and charged with unlicensed operator violations.
- Joseph Ramirez, 19, from Huntington was arrested in East Northport on Feb. 25 and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
- Naveed Jarral, 27, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport on Feb. 22 and charged with second degree aggravated harassment with intent to communicate/alarm after he allegedly called a woman over a hundred times and left multiple voice and text messages after being told not to contact her.
