Summer Reading 2015 at the Elwood Public Library

There's a Summer Reading Program for everyone. Looking forward to seeing you this summer and hearing all about your reading adventures!

Children- “Every Hero Has A Story”: This summer, we will have plenty of programs related to this theme for all ages! Everyone is invited to our kickoff magic show with John Reid on Saturday, June 20 at 12:00 p.m.

Teens- ”Unmask!”: For Elwood Teens entering grades 6-12. Teens will receive a prize at sign-up and for each book read, up to four books. For the fifth book read, the library will purchase a paperback novel of the teen’s choosing for him or her to keep.

Adults- “Escape the Ordinary”: Why should kids have all the fun? Read books and win prizes! Your sign-up package will include review cards and some extra goodies. Each time you review a book, you will be entered into a weekly raffle, and all participants who read three books will receive a special prize.
