2 DWI Arrests in Nyack: Orangetown Police

Orangetown police report two DWI arrests this past weekend:

• Jeyvi Porcenat, 24, of Spring Valley, faces charges of driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. Orangetown police said he was involved in an accident on Main Street in Nyack at 3:28 a.m. Dec. 25. He failed several sobriety tests including a breathalyzer. He is due in Nyack village court on Jan. 19.

• Tyrone Toral, 39, of Spring Valley, faces a charge of driving while intoxicated. He was stopped on High Avenue in Nyack at 4:27 a.m. Dec. 27 for a traffic violation. He failed field sobriety tests and refused to take a breathalyzer test at police headquarters. He is due in Nyack Justice Court Jan. 26.
