33 Graduate from Rockland Police Academy

They go to departments as close as Clarkstown and as far away as SUNY Downstate.

Congratulations to the 33 men and women who graduated Friday from the ‪‎Rockland‬ County Police and Public Safety Academy.

The rookies will join the ranks of police departments in Clarkstown and Wallkill, as well as the Rockland County Sheriff’s Department, SUNY Downstate Medical Center University Police, the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office and the New York State Office of Attorney General.

Several members of the recruit class took part in the Rockland Community College Pre-Employment Police Basic Training Program.
