Azarian-McCullough Art Gallery’s 2013 Senior Art and Design Exhibit is Now Open for Viewing

(Sparkill, NY- April, 30, 2013) St. Thomas Aquinas College’s Azarian McCullough Art Gallery (AMAG) announces the 2013 Senior Art and Design Exhibit is now open for viewing.  This exhibit is part of a capstone experience for Fine Art, Art Education, Art Therapy and Graphic Design students.

“To be considered for this exhibit, students must have participated in a concentrated faculty-directed course, independent study or have developed artwork with the express purpose of creating a piece for their portfolio or this exhibit”, say Professor Yontz, associate professor of fine arts and humanities. “This exhibit does our college proud and should not be missed”.

The exhibit is open this week only with an exhibit reception scheduled for Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 4:30 - 6:30pm. 

Viewing hours this week are:

Monday: 2-4

Tuesday: 11-12

Wednesday: 2-3

Thursday: 9 – 11

(The exhibit will also be open prior to graduation ceremonies on Friday, May 10, for students, family and friends.  Times to be announced.)

The Azarian McCullough Art Gallery (AMAG) is located at the base of Costello Tower on the campus of St. Thomas Aquinas College. The Gallery hosts seven exhibits during the academic year. Each exhibit features an artist’s reception and a gallery talk. Refreshments are served.
