United Water announced this evening that the Rockland County Health Department has lifted a boil water order for addresses in Tappan, New City and West Nyack.
The boil water orders were issued on April 27 following main breaks in the area.
It is no longer necessary for those customers to boil their water for cooking or drinking purposes.
