NYACK, NY — A Nyack man faces child porn charges, state police say.
On Sept. 16, 2016, the New York State Police in Haverstraw in conjunction with the Troop F Computer Crimes Unit arrested Wayne Ostrander, 36, for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a Class E Felony.
Police allege that Ostrander was found to be in possession of several digital images of child pornography on his cellular phone.

Ostrander was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Nyack Court on September 27, 2016 at 5 p.m.
