Congers Man Faces Drug Charges in Nyack
Orangetown police allege they found him in possession of drugs when they stopped him for vehicle and traffic violations.

NYACK, NY — Terrence Mulrooney, 43, is due in Nyack village court April 20 to answer charges of drug and marijuana possession.
He was arrested March 25 after an Orangetown police officer stopped him for vehicle and traffic violations at 2:23 p.m. Police allege the Congers resident was found in possession of heroin, a pill that is a controlled substance, and marijuana.
