Cops: Man Tried to Get Woman Driver's Attention during Lewd Act
Stopped at a traffic light, leaning over, trying to get the driver in the next car to look, police said.
The New York State Police arrested Rudy Estevez, 28, from Garnerville, NY for Public Lewdness and Exposure of a Person.
Police said that on March 8, Estevez, while in his car and stopped at a stop light on State Route 32 in Woodbury, was observed masturbating by a female driver next to him.
While engaged in the act, Estevez kept leaning over toward the passenger seat trying to get the woman to look at him, police allege.

She called 911.
He was stopped and arrested on the Palisades Parkway in the Town of Haverstraw, police said.

He was arraigned in the Town of Woodbury Court where he posted $1,000 bail and was released, due to reappear in court.
