Local students participating in the Rockland BOCES Career and Technical Education (CTEC) Criminal Justice program this week received a special visit by Rockland County Attorney Thomas Humbach. The County Attorney serves as the chief legal advisor to the executive and legislative branches, charged with overseeing all legal affairs of county government.
