We're celebrating Oktoberfest the best way we know how, by inviting our friends at Captain Lawrence Brewing Company (Elmsford) and pairing it up with cooking an awesome beer-inspired dinner. With Chef Constantine demonstrating how to prepare each course in the dining room and Matt from Captain Lawrence with informative beer pairings, it will be a fun filled and educational way to celebrate.
