Dale Van Name Jr

Dale Van Name Jr. entered eternal rest on July 31, 2014. He was born December 18, 1978 at home in Nyack, NY.

He is survived by his beloved companion, Ellen Hickey. He is also survived by his mother, Ann Marie Van Name; his father, Dale Van Name Sr.; and his stepfather, James Checa. Other survivors are his brother, Brian Van Name and his companion, Christina; and his sisters: Nikki Freeman, Becky Salsby and her husband, Kris, Kayla Jameson, and Jamie Bill and her husband, Adam; also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
