Double Domestic Violence: Orangetown Police

Justin Johnson, 41, and Danielle Jean, 26, face charges in Nyack Justice Court after an altercation at the Best Western Hotel turned violent April 14.

Both were charged with third degree assault and second degree harassment, Orangetown police said. In addition, Johnson, a Spring Valley resident, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, and Jean, a Nyack resident, was charged with criminal mischief.

The two were treated for their injuries, then processed at Orangetown Police Headquarters, and then taken to the Rockland County Jail.
