DWI Charge In Nyack For Thiells Resident

Orangetown police stopped her at 3 a.m.

NYACK, NY — A Thiells woman faces a drunk-driving charge after she was pulled over by Orangetown police in Nyack at 3:12 a.m. Friday. Alexandra Bourguignon, 21, failed both a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer test, police said.

She also had a bag of marijuana and was charged with unlawful possession, police said.

She's due back in court Sept. 7.
