DWI For Pomona Man: Orangetown Police

Police said they saw him driving erratically.

NYACK, NY — A Pomona man faces a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated, Orangetown police said. Police said they watched Adam Epstein, 27, drive over the curb on Artopee Way in Nyack at about 1:36 a.m.

They stopped him, and while talking to him noted red eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, they said. He failed several field sobriety tests.

He was arrested and taken to Orangetown Police Headquarters. A breathalyzer test showed him to have a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit, police said.
