DWIs in Nyack, Orangeburg: Orangetown Police

Kenneth K. Bachert, 52, was driving on South Greenbush Road in Orangeburg Jan. 30 when, police say, he ran off the road and hit a utility pole, disabling his car. Orangetown police concluded that the Blauvelt resident was intoxicated. He failed sobriety tests and was arrested. He is due in Orangetown town court Feb. 16.

Michael J. Cobb, 30, was driving on Main Street in Nyack when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation Jan. 28Police concluded he was intoxicated. He failed sobriety tests and was arrested. The South Nyack resident was released on $100 bail and is due in Nyack Justice Court Feb. 16.
