NYACK PSYCHOTHERAPIST CHERYL ADLER TO READ FROM HER NEW BOOK, Sober University Your Next Step to Successful Recovery

Nyack psychotherapist and author Cheryl Adler will host a book signing for her new book, Sober University Your Next Step to Successful Recovery, Sunday, April 10 at 1:30 pm at the Nyack Business Center at 99 Main Street.

Sober University offers the reader a thought-provoking look into Cheryl’s work counseling clients struggling with a wide range of addictions including alcohol, drugs, eating disorders, gambling, and destructive relationships. The book is a resource for those in treatment or challenged with relapses, as well as for families dealing with a loved one’s addiction.  Divided into ‘courses’, the 400-page book offers an insightful and holistic approach for designing a personalized plan for recovery.

This event will be held in the conference room, is free and refreshments will be served.  Copies will be available for purchase at both events for $27.95.
