The Friends of the Blauvelt Free Library invite you to an authentic 4-course meal at Ristorante Catarina de' Medici on the grounds of The Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, NY. Walk the grounds before feasting on Penne with fresh Basil, Arugula Salad with warm Goat Cheese Crostini, Pan-Fried Chicken Milanese with Fontina and warm Potato Salad, and Eggless Vanilla Custard with Seasonal Fruit.
Price: $55 per person, due at registration, includes bus, meal, tax and gratuity. Pre-register in person at The Library. Meet in The Library parking lot at 9:15 am on the day of the event.
