
Tony A. Mayen of Spring Valley faces charges of disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief after a fight in Nyack Sunday morning.
Orangetown police were called to a fight in front of 114 Main St. at 4 a.m. When they arrived they found a large storefront window had been broken, and Mayen was there with a lacerated hand.
After an investigation he was arrested, taken to Nyack Hospital to be treated, and then processed at Orangetown Police Headquarters. He was sent to the Rockland County Jail on $5,000 bail.
