Former Nyack College Coach Accused of Touching, Harassing Female Student Athletes
Kurt Ludwigsen was the head coach of women's softball.

The South Nyack-Grand View Police Department reports the arrest of Kurt G. Ludwigsen (aka Kurt Vogner) following an investigation into an ongoing course of inappropriate behavior with student/athletes at Nyack College.
Ludwigsen was once the Nyack College Women’s Head Softball Coach, and the allegations involve his conduct and behavior toward players while he was in that role.
Ludwigsen, 43, has been arraigned in South Nyack Justice Court on the following charges:

- 44 Counts of Forcible Touching of Anothers’ Sexual/Intimate Parts, a class A Misdemeanor.
- 1 Count of Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree, a class B Misdemeanor.
- 49 Counts of Harassment in the 2nd Degree-unwanted physical contact, a Violation.
The Ridgewood, NJ resident is being held on $15,000 cash bail, and is to return to the South Nyack Justice Court on April 13.
