Garnerville Resident Faces Shoplifting Charge

She was accused by employees of Lord & Taylor in the Palisades Center.

WEST NYACK, NY — The Clarkstown Police Department responded to Lord and Taylor at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack for a report of shoplifting at 11:10 a.m. Dec. 2.

Police said the store's loss prevention employees accused Gina Lungen of Garnerville of trying to steal clothing and accessories valued at $1,032.

The 35-year-old was arrested and charged with grand larceny 4th (felony) and criminal possession of stolen property 4th (felony). Lungen was released on an appearance ticket and will return to court on Dec. 12.
