Hazardous Weather Plus Flash Flood Watch Thursday Afternoon, Overnight

The National Weather Service has added flash flooding to its list of hazardous weather conditions for Thursday afternoon into Friday:
- Flash Flood Watch in effect from July 9, 05:00 PM EDT until July 10, 03:00 AM EDT
- Hazardous Weather Outlook
“This storm isn’t very large, but it does have a good bit of moisture associated with it,” said Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather. “The tricky part of the forecast, is pinpointing ‘where‘ the heavier moisture will track.”
