Joseph Feuer, the youngest of seven, was born Nov. 17, 1925, in New York City to Jacob and Mary. He died peacefully on Sunday, April 28, 2013, at the age of 87 surrounded by family.  Joe practiced as a psychotherapist for 40 years and loved helping people find their way through life's challenges. Joe lived in Rockland County for most of his adult life and had a profound connection to Harriman State Park where he fished, walked, and drove and rode his motorcycle.  Joe had a lifelong passion for music which was the language he used to commune with family and friends. Joe was also an avid photographer specializing in portraits that captured the essence of his subjects.    Joe was married to Beverly Feuer for 64 years and together they raised four children and six grandchildren.  Joe is survived by his wife Beverly of Nyack, his daughter Valerie of New York City, his daughter Jane of Berkeley, CA, his son Roger of Richmond, CA, and his grandchildren Nathaniel, Guthrie, Hannah, Elias, Rose, and Maggy. Joe was pre-deceased by his beloved daughter, Wendy of Anchorage, Alaska.    A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2013, at The Barn at Goldens Bridge, 8 Hall Ave., Goldens Bridge, NY. Arrangements are by Hannemann Funeral Home, Inc., Nyack.
