More Severe Weather Possible; Some Without Power
A band of severe rolled through Rockland this morning, and more is possible, and we'll let you know when it's expected to end.
Depending on where you live you’ve already experienced severe weather early this morning and it’s forecast to possibly stick around through the afternoon.
A violent thunderstorm rolled through Rockland County overnight leaving nearly 150 customers without power.
O&R expects to have all power restored by noon, according to its outage map.

More storms are possible today. The National Weather Service says for Rockland County there is a slight chance for more showers and a thunderstorm in the morning and again in the evening.
Some heavy winds and rains are possible during this time period.
