New City Man Accused of Child Sex Abuse: South Nyack-Grand View Cops
He was sent to the Rockland County Jail without bail, police said.

SOUTH NYACK, NY — The South Nyack-Grand View Police Department arrested a New City resident Friday for sexual offenses involving a minor child.
The arrestee, 60-year-old David A. Storch, is accused of committing sexual acts in South Nyack on a child less than 13 years of age over a three year period between June 2008 and December 2011. Storch was charged with NYS Penal Law offenses Predatory Sexual Assault against a Child, a Class A-II Felony, and Course of Sexual Conduct against a Child in the First Degree, a Class B Felony.
Storch was arraigned in South Nyack Justice Court, remanded to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of bail and is scheduled to return to the South Nyack Justice Court on Sept. 18.

South Nyack-Grand View Police Chief Brent Newbury thanked the Rockland County Intelligence Unit and the Rockland County District Attorney’s Special Victims Unit for their assistance with the investigation.
