Nyack Planning Board, 7 p.m., Village Hall. Nyack Boat Club has tree removal plans. Gisondi Family Properties has filed a Site Plan application for an addition and conversion from an office building to a 4-unit residential building at 42 Burd St. The village trustees have asked the planning board for a recommendation on a plan to eliminate minimum off-street parking requirements for commercial uses in the DMU-1 zone, and reduce minimum off-street parking requirements for residential uses resulting from the conversion of existing buildings from commercial to residential use or the expansion of existing buildings vertically for residential use.
