Better Choices, Better Health

Diabetes Prevention Program
This free, highly successful program is for people with pre-diabetes or at high risk of developing diabetes. It will help you prevent or delay getting type 2 diabetes. Our next program begins Tuesday, January 13, from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm, in Pomona. Call (845) 364-2502 to find out if you are eligible to participate.
Lose to Win Weight Loss Program
Ready to lose weight? Our next eight-week workshop series begins on Tuesday, January 6, from 11 am to 12:30 pm, in Garnerville. There is a $10 fee due at the time of registration. Call (845) 786-3800 Ext.18 or 19 to register.
A Matter of Balance Fall-Prevention Program
Our free eight-week program can help you learn to reduce your fear and risk of falling, increase your activity levels, and learn simple exercises to increase strength and balance.
