RAMAPO, NY — A Nyack man faces a charge of driving while intoxicated.
State Police Haverstraw arrested Charles Wigfall, 47 of Nyack on March 8. Police said h was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Ramapo when his vehicle became disabled. Troopers stopped to render assistance.
While speaking with Wigfall, troopers concluded that he was impaired by alcohol. He was processed and subsequently arrested.
