Nyack Man Faces Drug, Weapons Charges
Police were checking out a suspicious car in a village parking lot.
NYACK, NY — A Nyack resident faces drug and weapon charges. Orangetown police were checking out a suspicious car in a Nyack parking lot at 9:45 p.m. March.
Andy Tassy was a passenger, police said, alleging he was in possession of crack cocaine and brass knuckles.
He was arrested, arraigned in Nyack village court, and sent to the Rockland County Jail on $1,000 bail.
