Nyack Resident Charged With DWI In Clarkstown

NYACK, NY — State police from Troop K said they removed 31 impaired drivers from public roads over the April 20 weekend. One of the accused is a Nyack resident.

On April 21, State Police Haverstraw charged Milvia Carrera, 44 of Nyack, with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

She was traveling on State Route 59 in Clarkstown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
