NYACK, NY — The first day of school is Sept. 4 in Nyack — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you'll want to mark the dates on your calendar ASAP.

The Nyack school district has released its 2019-20 calendar.

The calendars include important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays and parent-teacher conferences.
