Join us on Sunday, February 5th, from 3:00 – 5:00 pm for an opening reception for Piermont Marsh Paintings by Robert Adzema.

This February, former Palisade resident and artist, Robert Adzema will be having an in person exhibition of his Piermont Marsh paintings at the Piermont Public Library. These energetic, landscapes watercolors capture the ever changing light, color and moods of the marsh throughout the four seasons. All the paintings were painted pleinair. (The French term plein air means out of doors and refers to the practice of painting entire finished pictures out of doors.)The Piermont Marsh and Pier were magnetic and magical for Robert and became the central subject of his local landscape painting over the many years he lived here. He hopes you will come by and enjoy these lively paintings of a landscape we all love and cherish.
