Rockland Students Honored by A.G. Eric Schneiderman

The Triple C awards recognize courage, commitment and character.

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman hosted an event Aug. 13 at Rockland Community College, recognizing 115 outstanding Rockland and Orange County students, all of whom received his office’s Triple C award, which recognizes courage, commitment, and character.

At the end of the 2013-14 school year, teachers nominated these students to receive this award based on their academic achievements as well as their service on behalf of others.

The Attorney General delivered remarks to the students and their parents, and all the award winners had their picture taken with the AG. Find and download more photos from the event here.
