School Health Showcase March 25

Schools and community organizations will meet to share their successes that promote health and wellness among students and staff.

The School Health Showcase will take place on Wednesday, March 25th from 4:00 - 5:30 PM at Rockland BOCES, Building 3 Multipurpose Room, 65 Parrott Road, in West Nyack. Sponsored by the Rockland County School Health and Wellness Coalition, the showcase will include a variety of topics including nutrition, physical activity and fitness, gardening, outdoor education, sexual/reproductive health, substance abuse prevention, healthy fund raising, and employee wellness. At 5:00 PM the March Forward Day awards will be announced.

Any school may register to host a display by going to the School Health Showcase web page to access the online registration form (http://rocklandsteps.org/index.php?section=school-health-showcase). Registration for community organizations and businesses is limited to official members of the School Coalition.
