South Nyack Man Busted on North Franklin

Police allege he was carrying drugs.

A 52-year-old South Nyack man faces a charge of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Orangetown police said an officer on patrol at 4:18 a.m. Feb. 13 in Nyack saw a man acting in a suspicious manner at North Franklin Street and High Avenue.

Police say he saw the man drop a packet onto the ground. They allege it contained crack cocaine.
