
At about 5:53 a.m., July 27, State Police stopped on I-87 to render aid to a possible disabled vehicle.
Police said they found driver, Kevin D. Savage, 22 of Bedminster, NJ was intoxicated.

Savage was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of South Nyack Court on Aug. 10.
