Thunderstorms Back In The Hudson Valley Forecast
Sleet is out, thankfully, though some snow is still expected. Here are the details.
HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Changeable, that's what they call spring weather, right? and that's what we're seeing this week. Sunday the forecast for this week predicted thunderstorms, yesterday sleet; today the sleet has disappeared from the forecast but the thunderstorms are back.
It's going to be wet on Wednesday and Thursday, with snow possible at the beginning and thunderstorms at the end.
The freezing temperatures will ease up as the wind dies down, but that's going to be roller-coastery too. Highs will climb to the 60s on Thursday then fall again.

"While Friday will be a touch cooler, we will see some of that powerful early April sun after morning clouds clear out of the region," the folks at Hudson Valley Weather predicted Tuesday morning.
Our best chance for sun comes Saturday.
