When Do Schools Close for Christmas in Nyack and Piermont?
And when is vacation over for students in the Nyack and South Orangetown school districts?
South Orangetown schools close for the holiday starting Monday, Dec. 22.
However, students in the Nyack public schools will have classes at the beginning of the week, closing for the holiday Dec. 24.
South Orangetown students will have gotten 15 days of instruction in in December before the Christmas break. Ossining students will have had 17 days.
