Among the items on the agenda: Birch Brook Manor, 81-89 South Highland Ave., requesting extension by re-approval of subdivision plan for construction of a new 5-unit townhouse-style multi-family dwelling on proposed Lot 2; 4 residential units at 14 Church St.; residential units at 19 Campwoods Road; the 48-unit Riverwalk development on Snowden Avenue.
