• ICE detains man at wake for Ossining teen killed in crash (news12.com) — Ossining Mayor Rika Levin is criticizing how federal immigration agents handled the detention of a man at the wake for 18-year-old Ossining graduate Kevin Zhagui-Moroch, killed in a recent crash. She says the unannounced ICE operation near grieving families and students was upsetting and vows to work with police and the school district to protect residents' rights and safety.
